Walter is speaking tonight in NYC as his Weekend of Twinning kicks off around the globe!

I am so proud of Walter for his dedication, perseverance and profound belief in human understanding.  Its absolutely amazing what he has done -- leading by example.  Check out the list of program participants!

New York Muslim and Jewish Young Professionals Event—Shabbat Shabang: Muslim-Jewish Shabbat Dinner and Dialogue. 
Friday, November 18 7 PM at JCC of Manhattan 334 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10023 (646) 505-4444. 

Join us for a wonderful Shabbat diner and scintillating conversation. Join Muslim and Jewish Young Leaders and Young Professionals as they grapple together with the meaning of being Jewish and Muslim in 21st Century America. Short film clips will be shown to engage participants on questions such as "What does being Jewish/Muslim mean to me?" and "How does my faith and identity inform my personal values and how I function in the world? 

Participating groups include: Young Leaders from the JCC of Manhattan, including Generation R American Society for Muslim Advancement (ASMA) Society Muslim Bar Association of New York Council for the Advancement of Muslim Professionals (CAMP) Muslim Public Affairs Council World Jewish Diplomatic Corps
